Another easy treadmill run. Still getting some gook from my sinuses during the run, so I'm not pushing the distance or pace - but it is still nice to be running again. Set the treadmill for 1% incline and 5.5 mph and went for a full 3 miles. Avg HR was 140 - however, I was up in the high 140s/low 150s by the end of the run. Can't wait to be in the 130s for the entirety of this type of run again soon!!!
