Notes

Easy run on the gym treadmill. Set the treadmill to 1% incline and 5.5mph and ran 3 miles. My HR stayed below 150bpm most of the run - the last 1/2 mile it started to creep above the 150 mark. Average HR was 142bpm which is great for me for a slow, easy run.
