Notes

Lunchtime run at the gym. Ran 3.5 miles - 1% incline, 5.5 mph for first three miles and bumped it up to 6.0 for last 0.5 mile. After each mile (and after the last .5 mile) I jumped off the 'mill to do 25 pushups. 3.5 miles and 100 pushups for lunch :-)
