3 miles on the hotel treadmill. It was chilly and windy outside and only brought a short sleeve running shirt. Set the treadmill at 5.5 mph and 1% incline for a steady, easy run. I did pushups after each mile (15 after mile 1, 20 after mile 2 and 25 at the end...I can probably do more next time I do a workout like this)
