Training plan has long endurance run during the week now and time trials on the weekend. I guess it is getting my body used to running fast on the weekends rather than slow and long. Since Tuesday nights are late for me with Israeli Dancing, I could not get this run done in the morning...luckily I had a big break between conference calls this afternoon and I was able to fit it in during lunch. However, it started to get hot out there - I much rather would have done this in 58 degree weather earlier than in 78 degree weather at lunchtime. I felt good and strong for the first four miles - and then the last three I had to push through.
