I never posted Saturday morning's run. Great morning to run long - my goal was 6 miles and I did it! Kept HR down early by running slower (10:18, 11:14 and 10:10 splits) and then kept that pace until mile 6 with a 9:36. Avg HR was 158. This was my longest run so far in 2015...I'm sure there will be more like this and longer soon!
