Notes

First workout of the summer! Did 10' w/u, 8x (1' on, 4' off) , ~11' c/d. First 3 pick ups were rough, but started feel reel good after that. The 'off' portions got slower, but I have a feeling that still would have been true if I had felt poopy during the 'on' parts. I'm figuring that's just the endurance I lost last week.

So things aren't looking too pretty for now; it's the second day in a row that my legs have felt like bricks. But today definitely showed me that I didn't lose as much as I thought. I'm figuring I'll be in pretty good shape by the time official practices start.
