Phew, rough day. Good run with "The Dad" along some scenic (but hilly) routes. Lucked out during the second half of the run with some breeze and plenty of shade. Calves giving me some issues again, had to stop at 30' to stretch, which helped, but they still bothered me the rest of the run.
Really needed to drop the Cosby kids off at the pool for the last half hour but didn't let it stop us from picking up the pace cause you already know how I do.
EDIT: Rolling 7 is at 79. #yea
