Notes

10x200m cutdown from 3k pace to 1500m pace w/ 200m jog rest. Then 8x200m @ same pace and rest but uphill.

Was supposed to be hitting 39s for the first half of each set, then cut down to 36 for the last half. Felt ok on the flat two's, had trouble finding the right pace though. Hills were tougher, but the overall workout wasn't bad at all.
