Started with slightly sore legs, kept it easy, did not manage to crack 10min/mi until after 10 miles or so. Got bored so took some different routes. Decided to stop after 3.5 hours because I felt effort going up to maintain pace. If I let pace slide to 10 min/mi I could probably extend to 4.5 hours with similar effort for the next hour.
