Original plan was B2B Sun and Mon, but now changed to Sat and Sun, and my quads are feeling the effects of the hill TM run last night. Was going very slow and initially planning for 26mi, after 6mi I realized it's likely going to be 20 or less. After about 9 mile I cut it further down to 15 or 16. When I got close to 13 I decided to call it quit after a HM. Quads were not happy after about 10 miles, no point forcing a longer run, better not push too much and try again tomorrow. Temp also got to around 55 so I was probably over dressed.
