Calves and shins were tight and sore the whole run, may not have recovered from last week's lake run.

Kept mostly steady pace, felt strong, legs were not really tired and breathing were good, mainly because I did not push very hard, it was comfortably hard. Only started pushing in the last 1 to 2 miles. Knees were also a little weak and sore in the last few miles. Were it not for the calves' soreness, could have run faster.
