Tried to stay at faster than marathon pace (8 min/mi or 5 min/k) after warmup, but kept going faster than expected so just stayed with that. First half relatively easy. Last 3 miles a little hard. Breathing ok, legs a bit tired possibly due to yesterday's race. Most noticeable are weak lower abs and hips. Felt strong most of the run, not near race pace, had some reserves left.
