0.1 mile recovery jog from top of dam down steep concrete ramp with a U-turn
0.28 mile run on trail with slight decline. U-turn at the end
0.38 mile run back same route (slight incline on trail then steep up concrete ramp)
A total of (0.28+0.38) = 0.66 mile hill repeat
Good run. Conservative in the beginning and turned out just right. Knees sore after the workout.
