Notes

Started out easy. Right hamstring still sore and tight. Stopped for water (but fountain was broken) after 4 miles and stretched for 2 minutes. Picked up speed a little on the way back because the hamstring pain wasn't going away anyway. Breathing was smooth, last mile legs got tired and hamstring got worse, plus it was uphill. It was an easy tempo pace.
