Notes

Kept it very slow because have a race later at 10am and 27 miles planned for tomorrow.

Every 5 km do a water stop plus walk break. Between every 5 km stop do a walk break. So basically there was a break every 2.5 km. Need to get used to this slower pace for the race, but still not slow enough, so I have more room for walk break in race I think.
