Flat HM PR! Run of the Dead virtual race. Bill was my rabbit for first 10 miles. Perfect weather today.
Wanted to do 7min pace and see for how far can I hold that. Apparently not far enough. 2:23 positive split.
Route elevation was net down going out in the first half and then coming back the same way with net up.
