50-57F. Wore jacket but too hot after 10k, then had to carry it around the waist. Tested doing LSD with the water belt. 4x8oz bottles, drank as needed. Used 3 bottles by the end. Left ITB/calf/knee started to feel slightly weak after about 10 miles. Stop-and-go as needed throughout the run, kept it as easy as possible. Still felt legs muscles not as strong as they were a few months back.
