Notes

The plan was to practice ultra race, break every 4 miles for food and rest every hour. Did not feel good at all. TM may not be flat, house too warm. It just felt wrong for even just an hour. Tripped circuit breaker at some point due to TM and laptop and fan all going on. Decided to quit the TM because it is obviously not sustainable
