The Ambit2 R without foot pod uses internal accelerometer to calculate pace and stride based on cadence and previous gps runs. It seems way off. This run was a 4 mile run, watch calculated 5.07 mile, 26.75% over. .FIT format also put in 2 blank laps and messed up the order of the laps.
