Garmin battery out after 6:52 hours. Had to wear two watchses.
Kept slow in the beginning, was not in good shape when I started so not hard to keep it slow.
2 miles every lap including about 1 to 1:30 fuel (gatorade) and any walk time.
Started to get sore after 4.5 hours. Very sore after the run, mainly calves and weak knee.
1 banana before run. 4x32oz gatorade, 2xEnsure, 1Zbar during run.
Heat takes a toll.
