Attempted to not look at garmin pace and run purely by feel. Only looked at watch for the 1:30 recovery duration. Tried to remain mostly easy, but inevitabily legs started to tire after 20 miles. Not too bad after 4 hours, could have done more but just didn't feel like it. After reviewing the record, it seems that I'm right within a good range (9:30-10:00/mi), but based on my condition, I think I shuold dialed that down a little, closer to 10:00/mi will be good.
