5k / 3 mi lap. Longest ride so far. Aimed for 100k.
Stopped every 1-2 laps to drink. Haven't learned how to eat/drink on bike yet. Totaled about 30 minutes of stoppage time (not included), including moving car. 1 protein bar plus 2x 32oz gatorade + 2 bottles of water.
Started after 10AM around 73 degrees, finished around 3pm at around 86 degrees. Got sunburn.
