Post 100k need hourly break due to butt pain on the seat and need to get off

Post 100 mile wrist hurts and lost grip strength, hard time pushing gear lever with thumb, had to change hand position often
Last hour legs weak, slope that I could climb on 5/6 gear now needs to be down to 2/3
