Notes

Ran this more as a hard workout than a full-on race. Calf felt great.....I think that's definitely resolved now. The run was fine, and I ended up taking the Masters first place in spite of holding back. Obviously not a fast group, but I'll take it...a good workout and a very nice charity event.
