Notes

First 3 miles at warmup pace, then the rest of the run from 8:50 up to 8:10.

Not a fun time at the gym. Didn't feel warmer then usual, but I lost a lot more sweat than I usually do after 2 hours on the mill. Soaking wet socks always a bad sign. The pace didn't seem to matter, this run was just destined to be a bit of a slog.
