Meh. Stacey's out of town, so my usual Monday Ashtanga was occupied with Katie's Open Flow class. (I should have gone to Rachel's class instead, but I sometimes make the wrong decision) I just don't like the way that Katie teaches, and I can't get past that when I take any of her classes. Still, bad yoga was better than no yoga at all.
