I really need a great run to convince me that I'm still cut out for this. After last Saturday's flop of a 10miler than turned into a brutal 4, I need to run and feel good about myself. I know that bad runs are necessary to really appreciate the good ones, but three in a row feels like a little too much. Dear universe, cut me some slack?
Running and cutting calories is also hard. Permanent hunger will have to guide me through everything I do.
