Notes

First run with the hydration belt. Still super hot outside, but also feel like we're getting a better hold of this. The belts work relatively well. We ran a mile, walked a minute while hydrating, and repeated until we were done with three miles. So, the second two miles aren't slower - they were just done while also slowing down to drink. I presume we won't need to drink that much while marathoning.
