5 mile tempo. Cheated a little by starting at the top of the park so first two miles were easier. Plan was even pace, preferably 7min/Mi, bug wasn't feeling it even on the warm up. Happy enough with 7:15 or so. probably had another mile at that pace in me. Run up Knockmaroon as penance.
