6x800 with recovery (nominally 90s/200m depending on plan. watch was set to HR<151 + lap press, avg 1:42 or 270m jog)
Pace target was 6:30. Avg was 6:31, worst was 6:36 so nearly there.
Pretty flat but 1/3/5 were slightly into the wind, 2/4/6 had slight wind assist.
