Forgot to weigh in. Wasn't sure about tonight's run, but went quite well. Incline 1: 3 mi. @ 9:37; 10 min. @ 8:33 w/ 3 min. recovery @ 9:52; 10 min. @ 8:21 w/ 3 min recovery @ 9:52; 10 min. at 7:40 (halfway through it was a battle of the mind but I kept going - stopped for 30 sec. after this to catch my breath) and finished last .58 at 8:95. Started taking sips of water at end of warm up and during recoveries - around 14 oz. altogether Didn't hurt as much as I thought it might. Was kind of pleased with how well the workout went. Feels good to finally get some speed runs under my belt.
