Notes

Incline 1: 3 mi. @ 9:37, 2 mi. @ 9:23, 1 mi. @ 9:09, and 1 mi. @ 8:95; very relaxed comfortable run, but felt slow and that's okay coming off a speed workout. I can't emphasize to you enough, Jenn, how extremely appreciative I am that you are willing to draw up these weekly training plans for me. I know you put a lot of time into the workouts each day that you believe will enable me to make my goal time of 3 hrs. 40 min. in Boston. The accountability this establishes is awesome and is very motivating. It really means a great deal to me that you would commit the time to doing this for your dad. I'm flattered. Love you lots and am prepared to stay committed and work hard.

I'm so proud of you! And excited to finally be in this place where you are actually TRAINING!!! This is going to be so special!! Boston is a dream for most! I know you won't take it for granted! These recovery days should be as slow as you need them. Wednesdays are essentially shakeouts. Big PR in Boston, here we come!!
