Incline 1: 3 mi. @ 9:37, 2 mi. @ 9:23, 1 mi. @ 9:09, and 1 mi. @ 8:95; very relaxed comfortable run, but felt slow and that's okay coming off a speed workout. I can't emphasize to you enough, Jenn, how extremely appreciative I am that you are willing to draw up these weekly training plans for me. I know you put a lot of time into the workouts each day that you believe will enable me to make my goal time of 3 hrs. 40 min. in Boston. The accountability this establishes is awesome and is very motivating. It really means a great deal to me that you would commit the time to doing this for your dad. I'm flattered. Love you lots and am prepared to stay committed and work hard.
