Notes

Good workout, normal breathing throughout. Changed up my stride. Ran 3 mi. @ 9:23, 3 X 10 min. marathon tempos at 8:21 with 4 min. recoveries for the first one @ 9:23. Because I had the treadmill set for distance and ran a 3 mi. instead of 2 mi. warm up, I could see that I was going to run out of time when I hit 7 mi. so I cut the 2nd recovery to 2.5 min. @ 9:23 and ran out the time with the final tempo. I was about 3 min. short on the last tempo.

Great job!!! These tempos will move to 8-10 miles as the mileage builds. Good job this week!
