5 mi. easy run: warm up lap 9:15; 4 mi. 8:32, 8:36, 8:21, 8:10. Just run. Shut Garmin off and finished with 3x15 sec, strides. Love those strides. Bit of a wind, 46 degrees and overcast. Have 7 mi. tomorrow with short 2x10 min. tempos at 8:00 pace.
