3 mi. with 1 mi. warm up (9:20, 8:32, 8:25) 2 x 15 min. at 8:00 pace with 3 min. recovery (8:02, 7:55, 8:20, 8:02; 8:44). Sunny, no wind, 60 degrees. Nice run. no issues. Looking fwd to Sunday's 13 mi. run. I'll take Shot Bloks as in a race and aim for 8:35 pace which would be 15 sec. above goal race pace.
