Notes
1 mi. warm up (9:26) 6 mi. run (8:23, 8:13, 8:02, 8:04, 8:06, 8:00). Slight breeze, full sun, 60 degrees. No twinges but both quads feel a little on the tight side. I think I'm working out the final wrinkles from the full. Was a great run, quite energizing. Think I'm settling in to a new rhythm - like it. My faster pace feels like it's becoming more natural even though it's a bit quicker than before.
