Started to run and decided to walk instead. Mixed in some light running along the way - frustrating. I feel really good it's just the hip thing. Doesn't really hurt when I walk. I think the exercizes and roller will help. Walking has to be better than doing nothing (15:45, 14:58; 14:11). I'm not discouraged or resigned. For some reason I don't think this is going to take a long time to work through. I'll need to be patient and prudent, but I think I'll be able to run Dick Beardsley.
