Did the exercizes Melanie gave me, which included the wall leg stretch, and realized that I probably should have kept doing this all along - feels weak in the right groin area. Also did the roller exercies and same thing - should have kept this up as well.

Soon as I started running, my hip was saying,"What do you think you're doing?" and by 1 mi. (8:48), "Enough of this!" Pain was pretty accute, so I stopped running and doubled back. Tried running again, and decided I'd better walk instead. No problems walking - wouldn't know there was an issue, but as soon as I tried running again ... not good. Rest of the walk home was fine. Doesn't feel that rough right now, but I'm glad, at this point, that I pulled up when I did. Took my Tylenol.

Think I'll make sure I diligently do the exercizes and work out with the roller and try mixing running and walking the next few days, monitoring how hip feels and see what happens.
