Great workout! Too windy outside for this 9 mi. progression run, so I treadmilled it. Incline 1: 800 @ 10:00, 800 @ 9:83, 800 @ 9:67, 800 @ 9:52, 2 mi. @ 9:37; 1 mi. at 9:24, 1 mi. @ 8:45, 1 mi. @ 8:33, 1 mi. @ 8:21, .75 @ 8:10, and .25 @ 8:00. Didn't stop once. Started breathing a little heavier at 8:33 but lengthened my stride and it got easier until the last part of 8:10 and on to 8 min. but shortened stride and thought lighter on my feet.

Super job dad!! This is a great progression!!!! And even better to have done it without even stopping! Good strong finish! Hope the long run goes well this weekend and I will send off next weeks plan!!
