2 mi. warm up, then 2 sets 4X800m @740-7:45 pace with 2 min. slow recoveries and a 5 min. recovery btwn sets and finish to 8 or 9 mi. (9:24, 8:57, 8:24, 8:24, 9:13, 8:34, 8:46, 9:46, 9:39). Very humid. Wind not really a factor.
