Notes

Ran my route in reverse from yesterday and right into the wind for the first 3.83 mi. Overcast, cool, 53 degrees. Feels like my energy level is starting to come back. I need to get some longer runs in and start mixing in some tempos and intervals during the week. I'm getting a little patterned with my weekly distances. O well, we're off to Victoria on Friday night for all next week so that will impact my workouts. I do plan on running there, just don't know how this will work out. 6.51 mi. - 9:13, 9:00, 8:55, 8:49, 8:15, 8:08, 7:51.
