Notes

Warm up, incline 1, 1 mi. at 9:23, 10 mi. at 9:09, 1 mi. at 8:45, 1 mi. at 8:23, 800 at 8:00, 400 at 7:40, 400 at 7:05. Very good run - no issues. Pretty much normal breathing until the 7:40/7:05. I'm finding that the adaptive running method really personalizes the workouts, so that even when I'm running a planned workout, there's room to adapt to how my body is responding at any given point. It gives me the freedom to make adjustments on the fly and, at least for me, is more stretching than trying to stick ridgidly to a plan. I've never felt stronger, am in better shape than ever, and my confidence is my ability building - it's pulling out the potential that I've known was there but didn't know how to draw out. Thanks for making this happen Jenn - great workout planning and coaching on your part.
