Notes

Warm up, incline 1, 4 mi. at 9:09, .5 at 8:45, .25 at 8:21, .25 at 8:00. Really relaxed run. Going to Wpg tomorrow afternoon, and will likely be back late on Sunday, so needed to do Sat. run today and Sun run tomorrow. This will be a test of endurance (no day off this week, so I'm not going to push it tomorrow.

Ok. Perfect! Take Sunday off and this will be great in planning for next week. You will do your interval workout on Monday this week if it works! Then a specific workout Wed, Friday, and long run Sunday before moving into a recovery week!!!
