Decided before I ran to aim for a 9:30 - 35 pace after the first warm up mile and just try to keep it steady. I think I did pretty well (9:41, 9:34, 9:36, 9:33, 9:31, 9:34, 9:27, 9:34, 9:30, 9:48, 9:29, 9:30, 9:25, 9:26, 9:36, 9:33, 9:38, 9:51, 10:01, 10:14, 9:46). Had 1/2 a waffle at 5, 10, and 15 mile markers and drank 18 oz. of water during run. Carbed up at noon and supper meals the day before. Drank a 32 oz. power ade at 4:30 am before run. Legs felt kind of stiff at 19 mi. and was wondering how the last three mi. were going to go, but I did follow through the fairly well.

SUPER long run!! The pace on this is great for your goal marathon pace and very nice steady splits overall. SO good to have this one done!!! Only one more really long one before race day!! Congrats on this 58 mile SOLID week. I will finish this week today!!
