Notes
Warm up, incline 1,2,3,2,1, first 4 mi. at 9:09 pace, last mi. at 8:45 pace. Resisted the urge to notch up the pace for last 800 and kept at 8:45 pace. Very relaxed run, normal breathing throughout. It felt good to get to that last mi. to be able to stride out a bit. My focus this workout was to try and be as relaxed as possible.
