Warm up, progressive tempo 9 mi. run, incline 1 - 2 mi. at 9:09 pace, 10 min. at 8:33 pace, 2 min. at 9:09, 10 min. at 8:10, 3 min. at 9:09, 10 min. at 7:40; 1.1 mi. at 9:09, .5 at 8:33 and last mi. at 7:31. Felt really good, no issues. Breathing was elevated for 7:40 but leveled off at 9:09 recovery pace and inceased again during the last 7:31. Wasn't tired and I really love what these workouts are doing for me.
