No warm up 25 mph winds didn't help my run today. Took shot bloks at 3,6,9,12,15, and 18 mi. Drank two bottles water and botttle and a half of power aid. first 10 mi at 9:20 goal pace (9:20, 9:19, 9:19, 9:19, 9:18, 9:19, 9:16, 9:16, 9:17, 9:21); second 10 mi. (8:49, 8:45, 8:46, 8:40, 8:53, 9:14, 9:35, 9:24, 9:46, 9:08). Feel really good. Pretty sure fighting through the wind the first half, made the second half more challenging.
