No warm up. Ran with Christy - she was wanting to run 9 mi. a 9:45 pace. Decided that this would be equivalent to 5 at a faster pace. (9:40, 9:46, 9:44, 9:48, 9:44, 9:48, 9:46, 9:48, 9:43).
