Set treadmill to 9 mi. and incline 1. 2 mi. warm up at 9.37 TM pace, 2x3 mi. tempos @ 8.33 TM pace with one 4 min. recovery at 10.00 TM pace, finished last .60 mi. at 8.00 TM pace. Unfortunately treadmill running bed cracked with 2.6 mi. to go so I ran close to the edges of the rails to complete the workout. I've decided I'm going to keep running on it 'til it breaks in half like the last one - very annoying!!!!!!!
